Rates

Treasury 10Y at 4.182% — front end firmer after CPI Rates desk · 07:05 ET 2s10s stays inverted. Duration in the book is an explicit choice. Two-year Treasury leads the move Rates desk · 07:18 ET The long end follows more slowly. Not a signal to overlay duration. Real yields steady, breakevens a touch tighter Rates desk · 07:40 ET The inflation premium eased. The real rate did not. T-bill auction covered, tail small Rates desk · 08:02 ET Bills stay the cash instrument, not a curve bet. Fed speakers this afternoon, no decision Macro desk · 08:26 ET The calendar still moves the front end without a meeting. Bunds follow Treasuries, spread little changed Rates desk · 09:10 ET Europe is trading the U.S. print, not a story of its own.

Equities

Megacaps: guidance ahead of the EPS beat Equity desk · 07:12 ET Capex and buybacks matter more than the headline. NVDA: implied move into the print, watch 118 / 122 Equity desk · 07:33 ET Paper levels. Not a price target. AAPL quiet into the print, mix of revenue in focus Equity desk · 07:48 ET Services versus hardware. The margin is in the footnote. MSFT: cloud growth against the capex line Equity desk · 08:05 ET A beat with higher spend is a different print from a beat with a cut. AMZN: retail flat, AWS carries the story Equity desk · 08:21 ET The valuation hangs on the cloud line, not the basket. Banks firm with the curve, NII still the topic Equity desk · 08:44 ET A firmer front end helps net interest only if deposits stay. GOOGL: ads steady, data-center capex higher Equity desk · 09:02 ET The tape reads the investment line before EPS. META: users quiet, Reality Labs loss already known Equity desk · 09:28 ET Any surprise would have to come from ad pricing. Futures slightly higher, breadth under the megacaps Equity desk · 09:46 ET The index is up. The equal-weight line is not.

FX

Dollar firmer against the yen, intervention risk remains FX desk · 07:22 ET That is a gap risk, not a tight stop on an equity ticket. EUR/USD 1.0872, range tight ahead of the speakers FX desk · 07:55 ET No breakout. The fact is the calendar, not the flow. Sterling follows the dollar, no UK print of its own FX desk · 08:16 ET Cable is trading the U.S. curve. Gold 2674, the real yield caps the rise Metals desk · 08:38 ET A firm real rate does not let the metal run. USD/CHF quiet, no safe-haven bid FX desk · 09:14 ET The franc is not reacting to equity futures. Bitcoin sideways, no Nasdaq lockstep today Digital desk · 09:40 ET Crypto stays separate from the cash sweep.

Energy

Crude −1.19% on the week, inventories building Commodity desk · 07:28 ET The build took the prompt contract down. That is a fact, not a forecast. WTI under the weekly high, the crack stays firm Commodity desk · 07:52 ET Refiners hold the spread versus pure E&P. Integrated names steadier than the explorers Energy desk · 08:19 ET The crack supports downstream, not the drillbit. Henry Hub little changed, weather premium thin Commodity desk · 08:47 ET Gas is not driving the energy stack today. Brent-WTI spread tight, no logistics pinch Commodity desk · 09:20 ET The weakness is the stockpile, not the route. Refining margins hold, despite softer WTI Energy desk · 09:52 ET That is why the desk reads integrated names before pure E&P.

Credit

IG spreads barely changed, new issues digesting Credit desk · 07:36 ET Stability is not a green light. It is the absence of a dislocation. High yield quiet, no widening at the open Credit desk · 08:08 ET Credit is following equity futures today, not a story of its own. Secondaries tighter than last quarter Credit desk · 08:34 ET The bid is there. The dealer markup remains. Munis without a supply wave, ratio to Treasuries steady Credit desk · 09:06 ET No tax trade today. Just the tape. Brokered CDs unchanged, no bid for maturity Credit desk · 09:33 ET Cash stays in the sweep until the rate is published. CDS index flat, no single-name outlier Credit desk · 09:58 ET Nothing to hedge just because of the headline.

Macro

Calendar: housing and speakers, no decision Macro desk · 07:08 ET The event risk still sits in the front end. Jobless claims later in the week, no labor print today Macro desk · 07:44 ET Labor is not today’s print. House note: not a solicitation, just the tape Strategy · 08:12 ET The figures are delayed. The book stays on paper. VIX easier, no bid for protection at the open Macro desk · 08:50 ET A quiet implied vol is not permission to size up. Earnings season: four names, the index is not the report Strategy · 09:16 ET Read the name’s guidance, not the future. Next week: no FOMC, inventories and speakers instead Macro desk · 09:48 ET The calendar stays the risk plan, even without a meeting.
