The agreement
By creating an account, or by continuing to use the site after these terms are posted, you agree to them and to the privacy policy, the cookie policy, and the disclaimer of profit. If you do not agree, do not register and do not use the client center.
Who this is
The site is operated as OrizonInvest at orizoninvest.app. The legal entity, clearing firm, and any regulatory memberships will be named on the Legal page when they are in force. Until that page says so, do not treat the site as a claim of FINRA, SIPC, CFTC, FCA, or any other membership.
The service
We provide a website, registration, a client center, and a trading blotter. Some tickets are demonstration or paper until live routing, custody, and banking are connected. A screen that looks like an order is not a promise that the order has reached an exchange.
Eligibility
You must be able to enter a contract in your place of residence, use your own legal name, and give a working email and phone number. You may not open an account for someone else, for a minor, or under a name that is not yours. Joint and custodial titles are arranged with the desk after an individual account exists.
Your account
Registration creates one individual account and an account number. You are responsible for the password and for everything done from a signed-in session. Tell the desk at once if you believe someone else has used the account. We may refuse, suspend, or close an account that was opened with false details or that is being used to abuse the service.
Funding
Do not send money, securities, or crypto to any destination that is not shown inside your own signed-in account. A page, an email, or a chat message is not a funding instruction unless it matches that screen. Live deposits and withdrawals are available only when that screen says they are.
Orders and market data
Quotes on the public site are delayed and are for illustration. They are not a recommendation to buy or sell. Order types, hours, and approvals are described on the product pages and can change when a venue is connected. Options, futures, margin, and FX require separate agreements and are not granted by registration alone.
Fees
Commissions and pass-through fees are the figures on the Pricing page at the time of the ticket. Advisory or custody fees, if any, will be stated in a document you accept before they apply.
Acceptable use
You may not probe, scrape, or overload the service, attempt to access another client’s account, upload malware, or use the site to mislead anyone about OrizonInvest. You may not present delayed or paper figures as live exchange prints.
Electronic delivery
Account notices, statements, and these policies may be delivered in the client center or by email to the address on the account. Keep that address current.
Intellectual property
The site, the OrizonInvest name, and the mark are ours or are used by us. You may not copy the blotter or the pages to pass them off as your own service. Market data remains subject to the rights of its sources.
No advice and no profit promise
Nothing on the site is tax, legal, or investment advice, and nothing is a promise of profit. Read the disclaimer of profit. You can lose money, including more than you expect if leverage is later enabled on the account.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or decisions you take from delayed quotes, house notes, or a paper blotter. We do not exclude liability that the law does not let us exclude, including liability for fraud.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use of the site after the update is acceptance. If you have an account, a material change to how the account works will also be noted in the client center.
